❶ Marcin Wolny

I'm a graphic designer and art director specializing in branding and visual identity systems. In 2000, I founded Studio Otwarte, today one of Poland's leading design studios. Since 2022, I've been working as an independent designer and consultant, focusing on projects for the public sphere. I continue to work collaboratively—inviting top professionals in my field to participate in projects, or as an expert member of other teams.

As a design team leader, author, or co-author, I have participated in projects for approximately 200 brands—commercial, cultural, local government, and national. Many of them operate successfully in the public and market spaces, and several have won awards in Polish and international design competitions.

Besides designing, I publish, share knowledge, and actively participate in the life of the creative industry, representing it as a member of the governing bodies of the Association of Graphic Designers.

Jestem projektantem grafiki użytkowej i art directorem, specjalizującym się w brandingu i systemach identyfikacji wizualnej. W 2000 roku założyłem Studio Otwarte, dziś jedno z wiodących polskich studiów projektowych. Od 2022 roku pracuję jako niezależny projektant i konsultant, koncentrując się na projektach dla sfery publicznej. Wciąż pracuję zespołowo — zapraszając do projektów profesjonalistów najlepszych w swojej specjalności, lub jako ekspert wchodząc w skład innych zespołów.

Jako lider zespołu projektowego, autor lub współautor brałem udział w projektach dla około 200 marek — komercyjnych, kulturalnych, samorządowych i państwowych. Wiele z nich z powodzeniem funkcjonuje w przestrzeni publicznej i rynkowej, a kilkanaście zostało nagrodzonych w polskich i zagranicznych konkursach projektowych.

Poza projektowaniem, publikuję, dzielę się wiedzą i aktywnie uczestniczę w życiu branży kreatywnej, reprezentując ją jako członek władz Stowarzyszenia Twórców Grafiki Użytkowej.
